Privacy & Consent Policy

What we collect and why

We collect your business and financial data only with your explicit, purpose-specific consent, exclusively to (a) compute your BondScore, (b) obtain guarantee offers for you, and (c) complete issuance with the institution you choose.

Consent receipts

Every consent generates a consent receipt visible in Settings → Consents, showing what was fetched, when, from where, and with whom it was shared. You may revoke any consent at any time; revocation stops future fetches and sharing within 24 hours.

What institutions see

Before you accept an offer, institutions receive an anonymized snapshot only: BondScore, category, state, turnover band, net-worth band, bureau band and request details — never your name, PAN, statements or documents. Your full file is shared only with the one institution whose offer you accept.

We never sell your data

We never sell your data. Institutions receiving your anonymized profile are contractually barred from attempting to re-identify you.

Security & law

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Processing is designed to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT Rules. Soft bureau enquiries used for pre-offers do not affect your credit score.
