What to include
Your name and organisation, a clear description of the issue, relevant reference numbers (request ID, instrument ID), and any supporting documents. Do not share OTPs or passwords.
Issuance disputes
Escalations for issuance disputes are routed to the concerned bank’s or insurer’s ombudsman channel with our assistance. BharatFinancial does not decide credit or issue instruments itself.
Data & consent
For consent revocation or data access requests, write to the Grievance Officer or privacy@bharat.financial. Revocation of consent stops future fetches and sharing within 24 hours.
